1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using avicennadental.md or the services offered, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. About us
Avicenna Dental Clinic SRL is a dental clinic based in Magdacești, Republic of Moldova, authorized to provide dental medical services under applicable legislation.
3. Site content
Content published on the site (articles, medical guides, service descriptions) is for general information only. It does NOT replace a direct medical consultation with a doctor. Do not base medical decisions solely on the information on the site.
4. Online bookings
The booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. After submitting, we will contact you by phone to confirm the time. An appointment is confirmed ONLY after a phone call or SMS/WhatsApp confirmation.
5. Cancellation / rescheduling policy
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule. For cancellations less than 4 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 200 MDL at the next visit (this does not apply in cases of justified emergency).
6. Payment for services
- Indicative prices are displayed on the /tarife/ page. The final price is determined after consultation and depends on the specific case.
- We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay), bank transfer and cash.
- For complex treatments we offer interest-free installment plans, based on a written contract.
- We issue fiscal invoices in accordance with Moldovan legislation.
7. Warranties
Warranties for prosthetic work and implants are specified in the treatment contract, generally:
- Aesthetic restorations: 2 years
- Full-ceramic crowns: 5 years
- Premium implants: manufacturer's lifetime warranty on the implant component
Warranties are valid subject to periodic check-ups (every 6 months) and adherence to the hygiene recommendations communicated.
8. Liability
We are liable for the quality of medical care in accordance with professional standards and Moldovan legislation. We are not liable for:
- Complications arising from non-compliance with postoperative instructions.
- Problems caused by neglecting periodic check-ups.
- Claims based on general information in blog articles.
9. Intellectual property
Site content (texts, design, photographs, logo) is the property of Avicenna Dental Clinic SRL and is protected by copyright laws. It may not be reproduced without written agreement, except for personal non-commercial use.
10. Usage restrictions
You may not use the site for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Sending spam messages through the contact form
- Attempts to access restricted areas
- Distribution of malicious software
11. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
