Bookings and consultations

01 How do I book?

The easiest way is to call us at +373 693 11 163 or message on WhatsApp. You can also fill the website form — we respond within 2 hours during business hours.

02 Is the first consultation free?

Yes, the initial evaluation is free. It includes clinical examination plus a digital panoramic X-ray. You receive a personalized treatment plan and cost estimate before deciding anything.

03 How long is the wait for an appointment?

On average 2-5 days for a consultation. For emergencies (acute pain, swelling, trauma) we make room the same day or the next.

04 Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, no problem. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that slot to someone else.

Costs and payment

01 How much does treatment X cost?

The full indicative price list is on the /tarife/ page. Final cost depends on case complexity. At the first consultation you get an exact quote, no surprises.

02 Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and cash (MDL).

03 Are payment plans available?

Yes. For complex treatments (implants, orthodontics, full-mouth rehabilitation) we offer interest-free installments throughout the treatment.

04 Do you issue invoices for companies?

Yes, we issue compliant fiscal invoices. Companies can reimburse employee treatments via bank transfer.

Pain, anesthesia and anxiety

01 Is treatment painful?

With the modern anesthesia we use (computerized Quicksleeper), procedures are comfortable. Many patients say the injection itself is barely felt — the system delivers anesthetic so slowly you don't perceive it.

02 I'm afraid of the dentist. How can you help?

Dental fear is real and we respect it. We work at your pace, explain every step in advance, take breaks whenever you raise your hand. For severe anxiety we also offer conscious sedation.

03 Is anesthesia safe for pregnant women?

Yes, modern dental anesthetics are safe in the 2nd-3rd trimester. In the 1st trimester we postpone non-urgent procedures. Urgent cases are handled with special protocols, safely.

04 Can I bring someone with me?

Of course. For children or anxious patients, having a loved one present helps. We also have a comfortable waiting area for companions.

Special patients

01 Do you treat children?

Yes, we accept children from when their first teeth appear. Ideal first visit: 1-2 years (familiarization). Treatments: from 3-4 years. Our doctors have the patience needed.

02 Do you have elderly patients?

Yes. Prosthetic treatments (dentures, implants) are a specialty of our clinic. We pay attention to age-specific aspects: chair fatigue, concurrent medications, comorbidities.

03 I'm pregnant — can I come?

Yes, in fact dental check-ups are recommended during pregnancy. Professional cleaning in the 2nd trimester prevents pregnancy-typical gum problems.

04 Do you speak other languages?

Our team speaks Romanian and Russian in the office. For English-speaking patients we can schedule an appointment with a doctor who speaks the language.

Treatments and longevity

01 How long does a dental implant last?

Clinical studies show that over 95% of premium implants last more than 20 years. Many last a lifetime if properly cared for with regular check-ups.

02 How long does a crown last?

Modern full-ceramic zirconia crowns — 15-25 years. Lithium disilicate veneers — 10-15 years. The exact warranty is specified in the treatment contract.

03 How many visits does a typical treatment require?

Simple cavity: 1 visit. Root canal: 1-2 visits. Crown: 2 visits 7-14 days apart. Implant: 3-4 visits over 3-5 months. Orthodontics: visits every 4-6 weeks throughout treatment.

04 How often should I come for check-ups?

Every 6 months for cleaning and general check-up. For patients prone to tartar or multiple cavities — every 3-4 months.

Sterilization and safety

01 How is sterilization guaranteed?

We use a class B autoclave (the highest European standard) for all reusable instruments. Certain consumables are single-use, sterile-packaged. The process is verified daily with biological indicators.

02 Is the water used filtered?

Yes, our water system has HEPA and UV filters that eliminate bacteria. The water that reaches the office is close to distilled quality.

03 Are the materials used high-quality?

We only use CE/FDA-certified materials: premium composites (Estelite, Filtek), original Ivoclar and Vita ceramics, AnyOne G-Diff implants. Never counterfeit or low-grade products.
